Knowledge of hotspring
Hotspring comes from natural effusion or manual digging. Hotspring is defined as: 1. The temperature of the source should be above 35℃ ; 2. There contains mineral substance; 3. Each kilolitre water contains about a cubic kilogram of mineral substance; 4. At present, hotspring is classified as pure hotspring, carbonic acid salt hotspring, vitriolic salt hotspring, chloride hotspring, Co2 hotspring, ferrous hotspring, radiative energy hotspring and mixed hotspring. It can be called hotspring if conformed with the above mentioned conditions.
How to bathe in hotspring:
Good hotspring can't be judged by naked eyes but experiencing. Long immersion in hotspring mixed with tap water or mountain spring will hurt one's hands. However, good hotspring will make one rubicund on face and smooth and tender on skin otherwise. The most important is that the body will keep warm for 2-3 hours. Let our body speaks whether the hotspring is good or not.
Immersion in hotspring can activate cells and increase immunity. However, longer is not better. It is suitable at 40¡æ, once for 5 minutes, twice for 3 minutes, repeated sixth, for about 20 minutes, and the break time depends. Health is preserved in the hotspring by lasting exercise and correct way. To clean skin in it, don't be in hot and cold water together.
Bathing in hotspring is a best way to beautify onself and relax oneself. All hotspring water is lighter than sweat, so one will sweat on account of high temperature. It is suggested that you choose common pool, for it has large water volume and the relative flotage and water pressure will make dirty water subsided to the bottom. Fresher and cleaner hotspring water is on the top.

Points for attention:
1. When is not suitable.
Don't suddenly immerse in hotspring after staying up to avoid shock and blood lack of brain. High-temperature bathing after overdrinking may cause apoplexy and cerebral hemorrhage. Immersion in hotspring just after taking full food may cause dyspepsia. It's best to have a rest after fierce exercise and before bathe. Bathing with empty stomach will make you more tired.
2. How long is best.
(1). Longer is not better. Long immersion will accelerate running off of moisture and grease of skin, three times a day and no more than 30 minutes once is suitable.
(2). Time of immersion depends. It is best to have a rest after bathing for 5-15 minutes and then bath again.
3. What is it best to do after immersion in hotspring.
Don't massage, or circulation of blood will be blocked. Better have a rest, have some drink, and breathe fresh air.
